Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 120 g yogurt
  • 30 g melted butter

Method

  1. Whisk the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in a second bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine both mixtures and stir just until no dry pockets remain.
  4. Cook small ladles of batter in a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
  5. Flip when bubbles form on top and cook until golden.
